Milk Music found that ragged little space between Mudhoney and the Ramones and they’re playing the shit out of it. They stopped me in my tracks.
The Lull’s set is going rather well. Great band to start the day. They’re pretty heavy at times, but then stretch into a grandly melodic realm at other times. The crowd is impressed too. Says their singer, “This is a pleasant surprise. I figured you’d all be hungover. Or drunk.” They have an new EP, which they say you get for free. Probably on bandcamp.
