Sun Airway
It’ll be 2:00 in the afternoon on the side-stage, so I’m guessing we won’t have the benefit of witnessing their massive projections. I’m hoping they’ll find some other way to make the day special.

Cold Cave
Pundits wanna know: have they got anything like the charisma of their idols, or are they just throwing shade?

G-Side
Serious rap music is always interesting in the middle of the day, in a park. But these guys have enough personality on wax to stand out even in a sea of Southern pretenders. Let’s hope they bring their A-game.

No Age
Dean and Randy are just so much fun, and their fans just adore them. This will be a highlight, no doubt.

OFF!
Old-world punk rock royalty and apparently still absolutely nuts.

Destroyer
Last time I saw Bejar he was still play those nine-minute folks epics from Rubies. Now he’s got that Eruo-rock thing goin’ on. Either there will be some jarring changes, or he’ll find a way to meld his sounds, which would be really, really worth hearing.

The Radio Dept.
No gimmicks, just good music. This is their first year touring the U.S.

Twin Shadow
I still listen to this record all the freakin’ time. His presence is one of those that made this year’s fest a must-see for me.

Zola Jesus
Nika Roza Danilova seems to be pretty eccentric, and I’ve seen lots of photos of her doing strange stuff in odd costumes.
