I arrived in Austin a bit later than I planned last night, so there’s nothing too exciting to report from this front.
Valient Thorr put on a fairly decent set at Emo’s Annex. They took a while to get going, but they eventually hit their stride with their Venetian/North Carolinian space riff rock.
Two-piece band The Sea and metal band Priestess were less impressive.
Today looks to be much more action-packed.
